    Job Description:
    • Be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve the financial targets for both regional and global events
    • Developing a new business plan – targeting high potential clients, making presentations and developing materials to reach these clients
    • Identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow up
    • Preparing and presenting new business presentations / credentials presentations
    • Revenue generation through new client acquisitions, selling more space, bringing sponsors etc
    • Taking client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
    • Participating in creative development process
    • Writing proposals, including developing costing and doing research in suppliers where necessary
    • Closing deals on new business
    • Project management – the role may require some project management component if necessary

    Job Description:
    • Responsible for the creation of concepts that challenge the standard exhibition design
    • Responsible for sourcing pitch and project work
    • Lead exhibition pitch processes through design and proposal content
    • Challenge and clarify the brief in order to understand the clients expectations
    • Ensure accurate relay of the client brief to relevant colleagues ensuring no message is lost
    • Input into design through potential manufacture and production routes
    • Work in collaboration with the Account Manager or other colleagues where applicable, to put together the final proposal and supporting documentation that answers the client brief and arewithin the specified budget
    • Act as central point of contact for all aspect of a project and colleagues as appropriate
    • Provide high quality campaign execution, which may include the involvement of appropriate 3rd party resources from within both the internal/external infrastructure of the agency. Whilst ensuring all campaigns adhere to the relevant legal and regulatory restrictions
    • Continuously adapt and adjust creative approaches to benefit the client needs ensuring high standards of client satisfaction

    Job Description:
    • Processing all income and expenditure
    • Inputting all transactions onto accounting system
    • Day to day management of office petty cash; production of monthly spreadsheets and entries
    • Liaising with statutory bodies
    • Monthly reconciliation of all bank statements
    • Responsible for maintaining employee work records, time entry, attendance, leave records and other relevant documents
    • Responsible for general housekeeping and office supplies
    • Administering meetings, compiling papers in advance and minutes of meetings.
    • Maintain and update all policies and procedures
    • General maintenance and repairs of office including inventory
