Key Responsibilities
  • • Responsible for the creation of concepts that challenge the standard exhibition design
  • • Responsible for sourcing pitch and project work
  • • Lead exhibition pitch processes through design and proposal content
  • • Challenge and clarify the brief in order to understand the clients expectations
  • • Ensure accurate relay of the client brief to relevant colleagues ensuring no message is lost
  • • Input into design through potential manufacture and production routes
  • • Work in collaboration with the Account Manager or other colleagues where applicable, to put together the final proposal and supporting documentation that answers the client brief and are within the specified budget
  • • Act as central point of contact for all aspect of a project and colleagues as appropriate
  • • Continuously adapt and adjust creative approaches to benefit the client needs ensuring high standards of client satisfaction
  • • Take responsibility for the design of any project you are involved in, from initial concept through to client delivery
  • • Positively promote the best way to use exhibition design, utilizing relevant presentation material/techniques where required
  • • Take ownership of budgetary financial management
Core Tasks
  • • Take the client brief and deliver a winning concept
  • • Ensure costs are monitored accurately ensuring the correct margins are achieved
  • • Liaise with on site contractors to monitor quality and finish
  • • Attend on site to ensure handover to the client prior to the show
  • • Post show budget reconciliation
Requirements
  • • Effective and professional communication skills
  • • Proven experience in a Exhibition Project Management role
  • • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize own workload within set deadlines
  • • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • • Numeracy and commercial awareness
  • • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • • Know how to work constructively with others
  • • Manage self and other expectations, having the ability to “bounce back”
  • • Have proven ability to come up with new ideas
  • • Have a keen eye for detail
  • • Be comfortable reviewing designs and giving advice as and when needed
  • • Ability to translate the brief into a great exhibition
Experience : 2+ Years
Responsibilities :
  • • Be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve the financial targets for both regional and global events.
  • • Developing a new business plan – targeting high potential clients, making presentations and developing materials to reach these clients
  • • Identifying new prospects and initiating contact for follow up
  • • Preparing and presenting new business presentations / credentials presentations
  • • Revenue generation through new client acquisitions, selling more space, bringing sponsors etc.
  • • Taking client briefs and communicating them clearly to the team
  • • Participating in creative development process
  • • Closing deals on new business
  • • Work with management to draw up a new plan and budget
  • • Track the activities of competitors.
  • • Attending relevant trade association, Ministries, distributors and invite them for the events & exhibitions both Nationally & Internationally
Key Strengths:
Target oriented, hardcore exp. in selling, organizing and managing our exhibitions & , Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
